A lot of changes are due to be implemented later today, and some have already been completed. If you have a look at any of the User Pages or choose a skin from the Skin Gallery, you'll notice that the layout of the pages have changed quite a bit from what they looked like yesterday.
Similar changes will be made to the rest of the website to make it more consistent, and due to some recent changes in Wikidot-land, I can also make the website a bit easier to use ;)
As for the Skin Competition, those results will be announced in a news post later today. It is currently morning down here in Australia, so depending on where you are in the world it may have to wait until tomorrow.
