Ever since the introduction of the Nintendo 3DS I've barely had the need to use my flashcard. The downloadable games on the store are actually half-decent now, so I can bring just the console and know that I've got something new to play.
Free games as a result of being an "Ambassador" helps a great deal as well, even if a couple of those are throwaway pieces of crap. There are some decent games in that pack. All Nintendo needs to do now is allow us to dump a copy of a game from the cart onto the console or an SD card, then be able to play it from there. Whilst being convenient (no need for a case to carry all of my games) it'd probably also give modders a way into the console to run roms - therefore is unlikely that we'll ever see it actually happen. |

I have this and all the Pokemon games running on EVO, iEVO and DSTWO just fine. EVO and iEVO are 2.3 firmware. Sounds like the game patch is not right aka AP issues or the patch engine is not working right for some reason. Google and see if this was the issue seen with patching vs. non patching. |

Does anyone know if pokemon white and black work with no crashes or problems for cyclods evolution running 2.3?
I have been playing pokemon white (e / U) on a 3ds with a R4i 3DS GOLD card, and after the first gym badge it randomly crashes. So im hoping my old cycods evolution card in my ds lite will work with no trouble. Can anyone confirm or deny this please? |

LOL. I see there phrase "Only fools fight in a burning house", does not apply to the moderators on the TC boards. There you have Ghost editing a post where somebody tells another member to buy a DS TWO card since iEVO and EVO are now EOL. Ghost edits the DS TWO part and then asserts the "rules". Hence the quote above, where I think it applies since the very least the mods could do is break rank and help these poor trapped souls. The books are far better in explaining and detail that for cost and time constraints cannot be done in movies. I have all the movies and am reading the books now which I never did before…up to Half Blood Prince. This is something I have been meaning to do for 10 years and finally got around to it. - mac |

:D everyone makes the same joke "imma call you and act like some foreigner" -_-'' i have an update though, we sell something called an elmira which is a retro stove/oven/range it actually is for cooking on and comes in gas/electric/wood or combo. and hearthstone makes a wood fired oven. pretty cool aside from the work involved in cooking dinner. but then maybe having to split wood for food might solve america's obesity problem. whats everyone think of prepaid cellular (t-mobile/tracfone/virgin) and wifi only phones, being voip and txt/data over wifi. |

I'm sure its been asked before, but when I did a search, I ended up here. Just got the evolution. Formatted it clean (Fat), create a folder called "DS Games" popped it in the DS (Its a DS Lite) and turned it on…. "There is no DS Cart Inserted" …. tried to flash to make sure it was newest firmware, put update.evo on the micro sd card, same thing. Am I missing something or did I get a bad cart? |

Really? I normally would be patient…but the answer you seek is shouting in your face dude. READ the info in the GBAtemp link. You need the DSL to get the iEVO into DSi mode since it by default uses DS mode which by default does NOT work in 3DS after the V2 firmware. |

For some reason I like importing, or maybe not having to wait up to a year or more for a game to be localized, if at all. I'm too used to my DS and PSP, those were region free to begin with (except UMD movies). I already have Tales of Innocence R pre-ordered and get that in 2 weeks even though the PS Vita doesn't release in the U.S. until six weeks from now. I guess I'll just stare at it for a month (◎ω◎) |
