"On our continued mission to listen [to] our customers concerns and requests, we have noticed a few posts which touch on the issue of support for the existing Cyclo Evolution. We would like to reassure customers that the original Cyclo Evolution will continue to be supported by firmware updates in the future. Furthermore, updates for the standard Cyclo Evolution will be made each and every time(simultaneously) a new firmware release is posted for the iEVO. Team Cyclops are dedicated to supporting their current and future products. Users will be pleased to note that along with this news post we have also updated the downloads section with a new firmware for the EVO which fixes a number of prominent ROM's which users have been requesting lately."

So far this fixes the freeze and white screen while loading in 5382 – Metal Fight Beyblade: Choujou Kessen! Big Bang Bladers (J)
This doesn't fix the invicibility of 5325 – Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Mini-Land Mayhem (U)

Lol, the forums are still down.
Also GS: DD still isn't working properly, you can't get into the enhanced menu or whatever its called. Still, I don't care, I've completed the game on the actual cart that i bought. Needless to say it's a great game! :D

A number of games have the enhanced menu disabled intentionally by Team Cyclops due to incompatibility issues - so I don't think this is a bug with the firmware and is probably what is meant to happen.

Thanks everyone for the information on which games do/don't work - I'm updating the changelog now.

I'm the same guy who replied about Mini-Land Mayhen & Choujou Kessen:

Tested 2 games without patch.
Confirmed working:

5244 - Beyblade: Metal Fusion -Cyber Pegasus- (E) Character lock after saving confirmed fixed
5266 - Beyblade: Metal Fusion (U) Character lock after saving confirmed fixed

NOTE:
Beyblade: Metal Fusion (U) is actually an exclusive ROM like the Cyber Pegasus one.
It contains the Bey Counter Leone when you buy the game.
Yet the Regular and Bakushin Susanow ROMs still has to be dumped.

Ergo (So):
There are 4 different games of the Beyblade DS games.
The Counter Leone Edition and Cyber Pegasus are the ones I've tested.
Regular and Bakushin Susanow & Regular ones still aren't dumped.
5266 - Beyblade: Metal Fusion (U) isn't the regular NDS game.

This is important because in the furure confusion may occure when they've dumped the two other NDS games.

I see that the Information page has been updated.
I think I've made you a little confusing mistake:
The fix in 5382 – Metal Fight Beyblade: Choujou Kessen! Big Bang Bladers (J) is not exactly what I meant.
It's actually when you play the game, the game works fine loading, but freezes occurs with a previous firmware.
When you patch the NDS file with the patch I found on internet, the loading screen turns white with a previous firmware.
Now with 1.61, when you play the clean ROM it works perfectly fine without freezes in the game.

You can edit the Information page with something like: Freezes during game has been fixed.

Sorry for the confusion ^^"

Thanks for the updated Information. It's correct. You should update the other games of Beybade that I've tested. Hope Mini-land Mayhem will be fix'd in BETA 5 (if it comes) I'll see if I can test other games with AP.

No, Bakushin Susanow, Cyber Pegasus & Counter Leone versions are special editions that are Limited editions of the regular game. I saw that you'll obtain 3 different characters in each game. I went to the official site and it said that you can connect through Wi-Fi to obtain the other characters if you connect to the other editions. The regular DS game is the game without any exclusive character.

The Box Arts of the games are included in the attachments it .rar. (If it'll succesfully work, though)

Btw, nice update for the comments. Need to get used to it.

I believe I can confirm that an unpatched 5174 - Final Fantasy 4 Heroes of Light (U) also still does not work on firmware 1.61.

The specific issue is not in starting a game but when loading a save, made either with the patched or unpatched rom, there is always an error. I believe the issue is existent in the (E) version as well. However, I have not tried to run the game in stealth mode

Note: I have been able to fix this problem with the hex edit fixes at:

If anyone learns how to open a NDS file with a basic hex-edtor they can add it in themselves - http://mh-nexus.de/en/hxd/

Search for the two offset's and type over the hex - then save the NDS file

As far as I know the Japanese versions of Pokemon Black and White have worked with the CycloDS for a while… before 1.61 even :)

I haven't tried it myself as I am waiting for it to be released here rather than importing. But I know others that visit this site, that have been able to get it working on CycloDS.

If you need the ROM number of Mario VS Donkey Kong: Mini-Land Mayhem, it has two different ones.

• DSi 0101 - Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Mini-Land Mayhem! (U)
• 5325 - Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Mini-Land Mayhem! (U)

I've tried both of them without succes.
I don't know what the differences are between both. But something has to do with the DSi Enhanced thingy.
The same thing occured in Pokémon Black & White.

EDIT: Um…. I saw the Compatible list and I noticed that 5325 is James Bond: GoldenEye 007 (G).
On GBATemp Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Mini-Land Mayhem! (U) is number DSi 0101. I got "5325" from another site =/

As for Rom IDs, Team Cyclops seems to use the GBATemp list (or one very similar to it), so that is why we are now using the GBATemp list on Revolution.

I will add DSi games to the list shortly then, and mark DSi 0101 as incompatible.

There is a crack for Kingdom Hearts - Re: Coded (E) is which might be what people are using to run on the CycloDS, unless a clean dump works. I have the USA version, playing from the cart until TC updates.

in the EU version I am at the fifth world and no crashes, but I suspect that my rom isn't the clean one. sorry if I gave you a wrong information.

p.s. the rom I use doesn't work on no$gba, so maybe it is original. I will try to check its authenticity.

I tried 2 other roms of "Kingdom Hearts Re: coded (EU)" wich where probably clean, and they work perfectly. unfortunately it is difficult to find non cracked\patched roms, because the people cares only about roms that are ready to work on their flashcarts. so, if anyone is 100% sure having the clean rom, is welcome to specify whether it works or not.

Just tried Ghost Trick (U), seems to have same invisibility issues as Mini-Land Mayhem…i.e. the narrative and speech/thought bubble text cannot be viewed, otherwise compatible and playable on 1.61.
P.S. activating stealth mode results in two white screens.
