It should be a .nds file - then, download an event/wonder card from a site such as serebii.net\n\nWCDPatcher runs on your PC and allows you to basically plug the event card into your game. You put in your .nds file and the wonder card, and it gives you a modified .nds file to use.\n\nYou can use it in a flashcard, yes… such as the CycloDS Evolution, for example (one of the most feature-packed flashcards available for NDS… but with a higher price tag as well due to this).\n\nAn emulator on your PC might work - but I don't know for sure.
