'Achievements' tab in User Profiles

Currently every user profile has an 'Achievements' tab, but it has nothing in it except for a message telling you that the feature isn't available yet.

Within the next few days I will be working on implementing the feature into the website.

As an example, you will receive an achievement for uploading your first skin — so anyone that has uploaded at least one skin already has an achievement.

NDS lite (Jet Black) FW v5 | CycloDS Evo (Black) HW 1.1 | Transcend 8GB µSDHC Class 6 | EzFlash V 3in1+ (Black)
Nintendo 3DS: Message me if you want to exchange FC. Lost your game save files? You might want to try one of these.

I'm going to add it… but not any time soon. I removed it from view, but it's still there for when I have time to implement it. It's a big feature - a lot of code involved - so it relies on me having the time to get it up and running properly.
