Is it ok for people to Distribute Demo Rom's?

If you're referring to the sort used in DS Download Stations, I don't believe so…

Pretty sure it's technically illegal to even keep them yourself for an extended period of time.

The "download play" feature is meant to only remember the game until the point where you turn the Nintendo DS off again.

According to what I've heard, you're only allowed to hold onto demo ROMs for 2 weeks and it's illegal to give them to anybody.

When Download Stations were around in shops like Comet I did download whichever demo I liked the most of those available and tried not to turn my DS off for a while. :P

Of course, at most that was maybe a day or so before I wanted to play something else.
