malloc Failed?

I just downloaded a game called heros Saga Laevatein Tactics for my DS for a long trip. All my other games work fine on my Ds but when I load this one, it just gives me this error, I updated my firmware and tried downloading the rom from diffrent sites… Any help on this??

Included page "signature:jester-helquin" does not exist (create it now)

Hello Jester, are you able to dump a copy of the game from an a actual game card? See if your own copy works.

It is entirely possible that the game isn't compatible with CycloDS, too. The vast majority of games work fine, but there will be some exceptions.
