Yes, I updated several hours ago, and was testing it and discussing with Gariscus. It's quite good, and we've spent a while analysing it and letting TC know about what could be improved. I was considering posting vB.0 here, although the system for posting firmware hasn't been adjusted yet.

Ah, right. People have mentioned freezing when switching between the test skin and default, but I've not been able to recreate it.

I'm not going to upload vB.0 until later. I've just posted a bunch of links back to the TC forum thread.
I was even considering not creating a page for it yet, but then anyone that checks the homepage for updates wouldn't know it was released.

I meant that they said that they will update the stable firmwares along with the gui beta's

The gui beta includes a few game fixes and I'm pretty sure TC said that they won't make any more stable or beta firmware until the gui is out of beta(?).

No… I thought they said they would be making updates aside from the GUI betas, but the GUI betas will inherit the changes and game fixes and be released along side the regular betas so people have a choice. Maybe they mean that the GUI betas will get all the fixes for testing, and the game fixes and bug fixes will only recieve stable releases? I was left with the assumption that there will be old GUI betas, new GUI betas, and the stables will be released with the old GUI until the new one comes out of beta phase.
Maybe I read that wrong?

The BETA line will receive fixes and additions relating to the new GUI, as well as game compatibility fixes. No gariscus. He's right in that TC plans to release a number of stable releases using the current GUI, whilst they work on a second set of betas (for the GUI) at the same time.
However as for your request titen… I don't think it needs to be done that way because the front page shows the latest firmware, regardless of whether it is stable or not. That us how it has always been done…

the new gui looks really good! i suggest getting B.2 because they have most of the errors from B.0 fixed.

There are still some bugs present, either that have remained from B.0 or new bugs that have been created in B.2. Either way, the more testers we have means they can be reported and fixed in no time. ;)
